White Wines

— One of the most uncomplicated and versatile wines, Beringer White Zinfandel is wonderful for just about any occasion. While its mellow flavors of summer berries, citrus and melon refresh the palate, hints of nutmeg and clove spices keep it interesting.

Red Wines

— The perfect salmon, lamb and pork wine pairing, this Pinot Noir has all of the characteristics of bright red fruit flavors with a touch of earthy notes. The oak adds another layer of complexity with a nice dose of vanilla and spice.
— A characteristic Merlot: lush mouthfeel of silky smooth fruit flavors: currents, black cherries and plum; add a touch of green olives and some earth and balance it all with a touch of oak. Goes well with most foods.
— Our favorite steak wine, this Cab shows off the characteristic black current, raspberry and licorice notes with great depth. Add a touch of oak and some green peppercorns and you have the perfect wine for red meats…as well as a chocolate dessert.
— From Down-Under comes this characteristic Shiraz: big and bold. Black fruit and plum capture your senses first; then a touch of black pepper and licorice. A great wine with grilled meats and game. Try it with our bangers, short ribs and Irish stew.
